Policies

Minimum Stay
The Main House has a 2-night minimum stay, except for July and August, where a 7-night minimum applies, checking in on a Saturday and checking out on a Saturday. The cottage rentals have a 2-night minimum stay, year round.

Occupancy
There is a maximum occupancy of 17 in the Main House. The Beach Rose and Wild Rose have a maximum occupancy of 4 people. The Velvet Rose and Tea Rose have a maximum occupancy of 2 people.

Minimum Age of Primary Renter
The primary renters must be a minimum of 24 years of age.

Age Policy
The Main House and cottage rentals are suitable for children of all ages.

Cancellation Policy:
All reservations will be charged in full at the time of booking.

For the Cottages, the following Cancellation Policies apply:
Cancellations more than 90 days from the date of arrival will be refunded in full. Cancellations less than 90 days AND more than 30 days prior to the date of arrival will not be refunded, however a credit for the full amount will be given to put toward a future stay or a gift certificate. Cancellations less than 30 days AND more than 14 days prior to the date of arrival will not be refunded, however a credit for the 50% of the full amount will be given to put toward a future stay or a gift certificate, and the remaining 50% will not be refunded or credited, no exceptions. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to the date of arrival will NOT be refunded or credited, no exceptions. Please note that refunds will take up to 15 days to be credited back to your credit card.

For the Main House, the following Cancellation Policies apply:
Cancellations made any time after time of booking until 90 days prior to arrival will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total reservation. Cancellations less than 90 days AND more than 30 days prior to the date of arrival will not be refunded, however a credit for 50% of the amount will be given to put toward a future stay or a gift certificate. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to the date of arrival will NOT be refunded or credited, no exceptions. Please note that refunds will take up to 15 days to be credited back to your credit card.

Cancellation requests should be submitted via email at [email protected] or by phone at 609 884-4948. This only notifies The Ashley Rose that the Guest has an interest in canceling reservation. Guest will need to receive a cancellation email from The Ashley Rose, The Harrison LLC or 715 Columbia Ave LLC to confirm cancellation request.

Policy Changes
Rates/policies are subject to change.

No Smoking Policy
The Ashley Rose is a smoke-free property. Smoking inside is not permitted by New Jersey State Law. Smoking anywhere inside The Ashley Rose will result in a $250.00 fee. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Pets

Pet Policy
Small dogs (up to 30 lbs) are allowed, for an additional fee.

Gift Certificates

We accept gift certificates from any of our properties. Gift certificates are transferable. Any remaining amount on gift certificates can be used at a later day up to the expiration date. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.

Parking

Parking for 2 cars will be available for the Main House only. Parking can be found on the right side of the house in the driveway.

For the Cottages, free parking can be found on the street anywhere that there is no yellow curb. Parking is also available at metered spots. Please refer to the City of Cape May’s parking guidelines.
